This local was rebuilt in 2015 when we transformed an old building in Alicante city Centre making it a gem in the city. Having used the facility for business purpose for many years we know acknowledge an increased interest for city centre living and have decided to transform it into a duplex.

 

By dividing the local in 2, with a new joist we create a groundfloor with livingroom, kitchen and bathroom and the first flor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
